Green campus

The first total green campus in Rajasthan

SKIT is the first total green campus in Rajasthan with a 900 kW solar power plant — 400 kW rooftop and 500 kW captive. The solar plant generates nearly 14 lakh units of electricity a year, cutting 1,150 tons of CO emissions, which is equivalent to saving nearly 34,000 trees annually.

The institution is developed with an intellectually vibrant ambience in a serene and lush green environment — smart buildings, well equipped lecture theatres, tutorial rooms, laboratories, Wi-Fi connectivity, hostels, canteen, mess, sports grounds and a learning resource centre.
